Cooper's Hill

Hill overlooking Runnymede in northwest Surrey, England. It is the site of the Commonwealth Air Forces Memorial, designed by Edward Maufe and unveiled by Queen Elizabeth II in 1953, and a memorial to John F Kennedy, former president of the USA, which was unveiled by Queen Elizabeth II in 1965.

It is also the scene of Sir John Denham's poem ‘Cooper's Hill’ (1642), describing the scenery of the Thames Valley.
