Copford Green

Village in Essex, England, 8 km/5 mi southwest of Colchester. The wall paintings in the 12th-century parish church were completed around 1150; ‘The Raising of Jairus's Daughter’ is the only one remaining untouched by 19th-century restorers. Copford Hall is a Georgian mansion.
