Corbett, Ronnie (1930- )

Scottish comedian and actor. He delivered easy-chair, rambling monologues in the long-running television sketch show The Two Ronnies, in which he co-starred with Ronnie Barker from 1971; he revived the format later in The Ben Elton Show (1998).

He featured in the television sitcom Sorry! (1981) as a middle-aged mummy's boy, and in the television series Timbuctoo (1998).
