Corrs, the

Irish pop group formed in 1991 in Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland. Their blend of traditional Irish music and contemporary pop has made them internationally popular, and their second album, Talk on Corners (1998), was a massive success, selling over 8 million copies worldwide.

The Corrs are all siblings - Andrea (1974- , lead vocals), Caroline (1973- , drums, vocals), Sharon (1970- , violin, vocals), and Jim, (1968-  keyboard, guitar). Their debut album was Forgiven, not Forgotten (1995) and other albums include In Blue (2000) and Borrowed Heaven (2004).

The lead singer, Andrea, has also had an acting career, appearing in The Commitments (1991) and Evita (1996).
