Cousin-Montauban, Charles Guillaume Marie Apollinaire (1796–1878)

French general. He was premier and war minister from August to September 1870, at the beginning of the Franco-Prussian War. After the French defeat at Sedan, he was overthrown by a republican revolution. He documented this period in Un Ministère de vingt-quatre jours 1871.
