Notice is hereby given that an Ordinary Resolution for the winding up of the above named Company by means of a Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation was passed on 19 October, 2009 at a General Meeting of Members. The court concluded that the question had been correctly answered even though certain companies with which a director had been involved had been placed either into administrative receivership or into creditors' voluntary liquidation.
