parallel import

Import brought in to a country outside the official distribution network by entrepreneurs who are often not official suppliers of the good. Products imported in this way, particularly branded goods such as certain makes of jeans, can be sold at cheaper prices than the same branded products that are imported through official channels. The market for these unofficially imported goods is known as the grey market.
