cyberlaw

In computing, relatively new field of Internet and computer law. Still fluid in its definition, the field includes new areas, such as the responsibility of Internet Service Providers for the material that passes through or is stored on their systems and the framework for international electronic commerce, and a new look at traditional areas such as intellectual property rights, copyright, and censorship.
