Dale

Coastal village in Pembrokeshire, southwest Wales, situated on Milford Haven, 11 km/7 mi west of Milford; population (2001) 186. It is a centre for water sports. Situated in a tidal zone, the surrounding area is of ecological interest, and there is a Field Study Centre.

Henry VII landed at Dale with his French followers on his way to Bosworth (where he defeated Richard III in 1485).
