Dalmeny

Village in City of Edinburgh unitary authority, Scotland, 2 km/1 mi southeast of South Queensferry. It lies to the south of a headland on the Firth of Forth culminating in Hound Point. The oil-tanker terminal here is connected by pipeline to the oil storage complex at Grangemouth.

Dalmeny House lies to the east. Dalmeny's 12th-century parish church exhibits some splendid Romanesque work.
