Dameron, Tadd (1917–1965)

US jazz musician. Mainly active in the 1940s, he was a pianist and bandleader, an arranger for Count Basie and Dizzy Gillespie, and the composer of several modern jazz standards.

He was born in Cleveland, Ohio.
