Davy, Richard (c. 1467-c. 1507)

English composer. He was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford, where he was organist and choirmaster 1490-92. He later became chaplain to Anne Boleyn's grandfather and father 1501-15. He wrote motets, Passion music for Palm Sunday, part songs, and other pieces.
