Deidamia

Opera by Handel (libretto by P A Rolli), first produced at the Theatre Royal, Lincoln's Inn Fields, London, England, on 10 January 1741. It was Handel's last opera. In the story, Achilles dresses up as a girl but Deidamia discovers his secret; when Ulysses makes advances to Deidamia, Achilles reveals himself and joins Ulysses to fight at Troy.
