Delage, Maurice (Charles) (1879-1961)

French composer. He travelled to the East and incorporated exotic elements into his music, which includes Quatre poèmes hindous (1913) for soprano and nonet.

He began to study music comparatively late in life, and was a pupil of Maurice Ravel.
