Digby, Everard (1578-1606)

English conspirator in the Gunpowder Plot of 1605. He was supposed to start a revolt in the Midlands on hearing of the plot's success. After its failure he was captured and executed.

He was the only one of the conspirators to plead guilty at his trial.
