Apparatus for delivering blood, drugs and other therapeutic substances directly into the bloodstream. It consists of a bag or bottle, suspended on a stand, the contents of which ‘drip’ at a controlled rate into a tube ending in a hollow needle inserted into a vein.

Dividends reinvested in newly issued or treasury shares of common stock of the Company under a dividend reinvestment plan will not be treated as dividends for the purpose of the pre-dividend free cash flow test and will not reduce excess cash for the purposes of the senior credit facility.
Registered stockholders who are enrolled in the Fund's Dividend Reinvestment Plan will receive stock based on the terms described above, which are the same as the existing plan.
