Opera by Pietro Cesti (libretto by A Apolloni), first produced at Hof-Saales, Innsbruck, Switzerland, in 1657. In the work, Dori, disguised as a man, is sold as a slave to Arsinoe, her sister. The complicated plot ends happily with the sisters marrying Tolomeo and Oronte.
