Dorval

Town forming part of the Montréal Urban Community in Québec, Canada; population (1991) 17,200. It is situated 11 km/7 mi west of Montréal city centre and to the west of Lachine, on Lake Saint-Louis, part of the St Lawrence River. The site of Montréal's older (1960) international airport, which handles North American flights, it is a predominantly anglophone residential and commercial suburb.
