Dragila, Stacy (1971– )

US athlete. At the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000, Dragila completed a historic triple by winning the gold medal in the women's pole vault Olympic debut. She had also won the gold medal in the first women's pole vault event held at the World Indoor Championships in 1997 and at the World Championships in 1999. She won a second World Championship gold in 2001. She has broken the world indoor and outdoor pole vault records on numerous occasions.
