US counsellor, educator, and author. He worked as a teacher, counsellor, and therapist and published three books on individual and group counselling. Your Erroneous Zones: Bold But Simple Techniques for Eliminating Unhealthy Behavior Patterns (1976) was a best-seller.

He was born in Detroit, Michigan and gained an Ed.D. from Wayne State University (1966).
