Russian ‘opera’ or play with music (libretto by Catherine II). The score was composed by Pashkeievich, Canobbio, and Sarti, and the ‘opera’ was first produced for the court at the Hermitage Theatre, St Petersburg, Russia, on 26 October 1790.
