Easley

Town in Pickens County, northwest South Carolina; population (1990) 15,200. It is located 21 km/13 mi west of Greenville, in the Blue Ridge foothills. A cotton milling centre in a diversified farming area, it produces flour, feed, clothing, cottonseed oil, and textile and building supplies.
