Edward, Edward Antony Richard Louis (1964– )

Prince of the UK, third son of Queen Elizabeth II. He is seventh in line to the throne. He married Sophie Rhys-Jones in 1999 and became the Earl of Wessex and Viscount Severn. They have a daughter, Louise (2003– ).

He received a bachelor of arts degree from Cambridge University, where he was active in theatre, in 1986. He trained briefly in the Royal Marines before working in theatre and television production. From 2002 he devoted himself fulltime to royal and charitable duties.
