Einem, Rothmaier Karl von (1853-1934)

German general. He was promoted to lieutenant-general and became Prussian minister of war 1903. He took command of an army corps 1910 and held various staff positions during World War I. He was given command of the 3rd German Army July 1918 and mounted the unsuccessful attack on the French near Reims.
