Eloy, Jean-Claude (1938– )

French composer. He studied with Darius Milhaud and Pierre Boulez; other influences include Edgard Varèse, Anton Webern, and oriental music. He worked at the electronic music studio in Cologne, Germany, with Karlheinz Stockhausen.
