NIST researchers have developed a high performance approach to the measurement of elemental composition using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy. Quantron GmbH, located in Kleve, Germany, develops, manufactures and distributes worldwide advanced arc/spark optical emission spectroscopy (OES) systems for numerous metals analysis applications, including: Samples were analysed by Fire Assay (FA) fusion with an Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-ES) finish for Pt, Pd and Au, and Aqua Regia ICP-ES for 36 elements. |
