Enfants du Paradis, Les

Film made in France in 1945, directed by Marcel Carné and written by Jacques Prévert, about love and theatre life, set in 19th-century Paris. It tells an elegiac tale of romantic intrigue concerning the lovers drawn to a courtesan played by French actor Arletty (1898-1992).
