English soprano. She studied at the Royal College of Music, London, and in Geneva, appearing in small roles at the Grand Théâtre in Geneva. She joined the English National Opera Ensemble in 1968 and sang Mimi, Tosca, Elsa, the Marschallin, and Sieglinde at the Coliseum, London.
