Fassett, Kaffe (1937- )US knitwear and textile designer. He has been based in the UK from 1964. He co-owns a knitwear company and his textiles appear in major art collections around the world. Fassett took up knitting when encountering Shetland yarns on a trip to Scotland. Original commissions included Italian fashion house Missoni and English designer, Bill Gibb.
