Fingerhut, Margaret (1955– )

English pianist. She studied at the Royal College of Music, London, and at the Peabody Institute, Baltimore. She undertook many tours of Europe and the USA, notably with the London and Royal Philharmonic Orchestras and with the London Symphony Orchestra. She was Young Musician of the Year in 1981, and made further tours to Africa, India, and Israel. Her recordings include Winter Legends by Bax and music by Dukas, Moeran, and Falla.
