Many drug manufacturers admit in product labels that they do not know how the drugs work--take, for example, the labels as shown in the Physicans' Desk Reference (Thomson 2007) for the following widely used drugs: Ativan, Effexor, Fluothane, Inderal, Lodine, Neurontin, and Risperdal.
All animals were killed 24 hr after the last dose by an overdose of fluothane followed by cervical dislocation.
Twenty-four hours after the final dose, animals were killed by an overdose of Fluothane (AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals) followed by cervical dislocation.
