Fowler, John (1817–1898)
| British civil engineer. Fowler helped to design the London Metropolitan Railway and the Forth railway bridge. A railway consultant since 1844, he built the extension to the London Metropolitan and many other underground lines. He received a baronetcy for the Firth of Forth railway bridge. |
