Foy, Maximilien Sebastien (1775–1825)
| French military officer and orator. Foy fought in the Peninsular phase of the Napoleonic Wars and in the 1815 campaign, distinguishing himself at Waterloo. After the wars he became a member of the Chamber of Deputies. |
