Frogmore

Royal residence in the Home Park, Windsor, England, about 2 km/1 mi southeast of the castle. The estate has long been the property of the Crown. The central block of the house dates from the early 18th century, but there have been many later alterations and additions.

Frogmore has two mausolea adjacent, that of the duchess of Kent, mother of Queen Victoria, who lived here for 21 years, and the Royal Mausoleum. The bodies of Queen Victoria and the Prince Consort lie here. Other members of the royal family are buried in the small cemetery adjoining the mausolea.
