Georgian Bay| Bay in Ontario, Canada, forming the northeast section of Lake Huron, the second largest of the Great Lakes of North America; it is divided from the lake by the Manitoulin Islands and the Bruce Peninsula of Ontario; length 160 km/100 mi; width 80 km/50 mi. About 30 islands at the southern end form the Georgian Bay National Park. The area is a popular tourist destination. |
