Glen Roy

Narrow valley of the River Roy, in Highland unitary authority, west Scotland, about 21 km/13 mi northeast of Fort William. It is 22 km/14 mi in length. Ice Age glaciation has left regular and distinctly formed terraces on each side of the glen, known as the Parallel Roads of Glen Roy, which represent the three levels of a former loch.
