The gross morphology of the scallops was observed using a Wild M400 Photomakroskop and a Nikon Coolpix 4500 digital camera.
On gross morphology, the tumor was a well-encapsulated spherical mass; after the lesion was cut, irregular areas of empty spaces were evident (figure 3).
Works on the lipoma in each era are presented and identify the major cytogenetic qualities of the benign lipoma: cytogenetic heterogeneity with over twenty identified karyotypes; nonconcordance with gross morphology in size, shape, depth, location or sex; broad patterns of congruence with histopathological classifications, and limited utility in behavioral predictability.
