Grove City

Town in Franklin County, central Ohio; population (1990) 19,700. It is located 11 km/7 mi southwest of Columbus, in a fertile agricultural region. The local economy is based on horse racing at Beulah Park and some light manufacturing.

Town in Mercer County, west Pennsylvania; population (1990) 8,200. It is located 96 km/60 mi north of Pittsburgh. The town's manufactures include gas and diesel engines and iron castings. It is home to the Grove City College (1876).
