It is most commonly associated with a group of gram-negative bacilli collectively known as HACEK (for Hemophilus parainfluenzae, H aphrophilus, Hemophilus paraphrophilus, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans, Cardiobacterium hominis, Eikenella corrodens, and Kingella kingae). Black gave credit to Harry ``The Hat'' Hacek for putting Stevens on Point Given before the Breeders' Cup Juvenile, and said the old and new agents would split their percentage of the purse. Hacek is there to represent jockey Alex Solis, who just fired his former agent. |
