Ham House in Richmond, Surrey. Ham House was the home of the Duke and Duchess of Lauderdale in the 17th century. Their lavish furnishings and decor have largely been preserved, and the house is now open to the public.

Jacobean-style house near Petersham, Greater London, England, situated on the south bank of the Thames and owned by the National Trust. It was built in 1660 to an H-shaped Jacobean plan, and is notable for its historic contents, which are under the care of the Victoria and Albert Museum. These include much Elizabethan walnut, lacquered, gilded, and silver furniture, and some portraits by Peter Lely in the Long Gallery.
