Harold en Italie

Descriptive symphony by Hector Berlioz, Op. 16, for solo viola and orchestra, based on Lord Byron's Childe Harold, composed in 1834 and first performed in Paris, France, on 23 November of that year. It was suggested by Paganini, but not played by him.
