Hasbrouck Heights

Borough in Bergen County, northeastern New Jersey, 3 km/2 mi southwest of Hackensack; population (1990) 11,500. Settled in the late 17th century, it is essentially a residential suburb of New York, with commercial offices and light industry. Teterboro Airport is in the southeast of the borough.
