Heat shock proteins are emphasized because of the temperature-sensitive morphogenesis to the tissue form. In recent years, heat shock proteins have evolved as a very successful first-tier diagnostic tool to screen for adverse biologic effects induced by environmental chemicals. The worms also make more so-called heat shock proteins, which prevent other proteins from folding abnormally or aggregating into clumps. |
