Hesperia

City in San Bernardino County, southern California; population (1990) 50,400. Hesperia is located just north of the San Bernardino Mountains, and southwest of Apple Valley. Lying 32 km/20 mi north of the city of San Bernardino, it is a rapidly growing residential suburb
