A passenger flight landed at Beirut Airport on Thursday for the first time in five weeks, easing an air blockade of Lebanon that Israel imposed during its war with Hizbollah guerrillas.
The chemical, biological, and nuclear varieties of weapons are not very likely in our part of the world, but, as the Jordanians discovered a few months ago, al Qaeda and Hizbollah have chemical weapons and would love to use them against an American target or an American ally in the battle zone.
The ARA bandits also had declared war on the federal government, echoing the call of "jihad" by the likes of al-Qaeda, Islamic Jihad and Hizbollah.
