Or supervisor worker in charge of a group of shop floor workers or junior staff (the worker in this position is usually known as a foreman in the manufacturing industry and a supervisor in the service industry). The foreman is part of the hierarchy of a business organization, passing down decisions from higher up the organization and giving feedback from those below.
