Despite a marathon journey - they left Coventry at 3am on Sunday to tackle a six-hour ferry from Harwich to the Hook of Holland and a seven-hour coach trip to Hamburg - they lined up for two matches on Monday.
I was all alone trundling on a train to the Hook of Holland, then on a boat to Britain, then on another train to London and finally up to Glasgow to meet with my brother.
Brinksma was intercepted at Harwich on 13 November 2008 after arriving on the ferry from the Hook of Holland.
