Huttenlocher, Philippe (1942- )

Swiss baritone. He sang with the Ensemble Vocale de Lausanne in Europe and Japan, then with the Zurich Opera from 1975 as Orfeo and in other Monteverdi operas directed by Jean-Pierre Ponnelle. He performed in baroque repertory in Vienna, Berlin, Milan, and Hamburg, and sang at the London Bach Festival in 1978. His recordings include Castor et Pollux and Les Indes Galantes by Rameau, Charpentier's David et Jonathas, and L'Incoronazione di Poppea (on video).
