South Korea, Taiwan, and Egypt have all been caught by the IAEA trying to secretly enrich uranium or design a nuclear bomb or engage in experiments without declaring them to the IAEA. Iran, on the other hand, has signed the nuclear treaty and is willing to allow IAEA inspections, but is being pressured to roll back. The IAEA and the WHO released a report in September 2005 indicating radiation from the accident would claim a total of 4000 lives. |
