Idomeneo, rè di Creta, ossia Ilia ed Idamante

Opera by Mozart (libretto by G B Varesco, based on the French libretto by A Danchet), first produced in Munich, Germany, on 29 January 1781. It was not performed at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, London, until 1978, and was first performed at the Metropolitan Opera House, New York, in 1982.
